Boys, Rocks and Water

With it being such an exceptionally warm day for late December, and the grass fires a safe ten or so miles away, the three younger kids and I went to play in the park at a nearby lake. Afterwards, we drove around to our favorite point and went on a short hike next to the water.
All this begs the question—what is it with boys, rocks, and water? :)

I always love reading your relationship with your boys and kids, in general. Have only passed, way back there somewhere, through the outskirts of Tulsa (Does Rte 66 still cross that vicinity since they turned it into an expressway?), but it would have been nice sitting there with you as the boys assaulted the water with those rocks. A hot cup of coffee and some conversation as they enjoyed life in their own way. Happy New Year, Mark, to you and yours…….
